Are you cleaners Insured?

Absolutely. Every cleaner is insured, is fully vetted, police checked and worker screener checked for NDIS clients.
Rest assured we take the above very seriously and require updates every 12 months.

Are you a NDIS registered provider?

No, we are not an NDIS registered provider hence why we only service self managed client. Nevertheless, we prioritize quality and safety, aligning with NDIS guidelines and follow protocols such as worker screening checks etc. By going down this path our business pricing structure enables us to compensate our employees fairly, uphold applicable insurances and to sustain our operations.

Which NDIS customers do you service?

We exclusively serve self-managed NDIS customers for NDIS house cleaning, as this aligns with our business model. Also our commitment to providing cleaning services aligns with the preferences and needs of individuals who prefer greater control over their NDIS funds. By specializing in serving self-managed customers, we aim to offer a tailored and flexible approach to cleaning services. This allows our clients to have maximum autonomy in deciding how their NDIS funds are allocated for cleaning, ensuring a personalized and satisfactory experience. Our focus on self-managed customers reflects our dedication to meeting their unique requirements and providing a service that complements their desired level of control and independence.
All our additional services are open to all customers, including NDIS participants and our valued regular clients.

Which areas do you cover?

We primarily serve Sydney and Melbourne suburbs and looking to expand into other states as the year progressed. Please reach out to us directly to inquire whether we visit your specific suburb. Our team is committed to providing you with accurate and up-to-date information about our service coverage.

What is your pricing structure and minimum time allowance for general house cleaning?

Our pricing for general house cleaning is $66 per hour, inclusive of GST, with a minimum time allowance of 2 hours per service for weekly and a minimum time allowance of 3 hours for fortnightly. Additional services such as end of lease, window cleaning, mattress cleaning, and carpet cleaning are quoted upon request. Do your prices include GST?

Yes, our prices are inclusive of GST.

How do I pay?

For NDIS Customer: An invoice will be issued on the day by Alfa Clean Head Office to you or to your Plan Manager.

For Regular Cleaning Clients: An invoice will be issued on the day by Alfa Clean Home Head Office for payment same day via Bank Transfer or Credit Card. No cash payments will be accepted.

For End of Lease Cleaning: The 50% deposit and final payment can be paid by bank transfer or credit card. A detailed invoice will be issued outling what was completed.

For other Specialised Services: An invoice will be issued on the day by Alfa Clean Home Head Office for payment same day via Bank Transfer or Credit Card.

What house cleaning tasks do your cleaners undertake?

Our professional cleaners provide comprehensive house cleaning services. Tasks include, but are not limited to, cleaning bathrooms, removing cobwebs, dusting surfaces, and changing and making beds. We strive to address a wide range of cleaning needs to ensure your home is a clean and comfortable environment.

Are there any tasks that are not included in general house cleaning?

Yes. Tasks such as oven cleaning, range hood cleaning, venetian blind cleaning&  fridge cleaning are not included in the general/regular cleaning option. Tasks that require climbing on ladders and heavy lifting are not permitted due to safety concerns.
