Is your company insured?
Yes. Alfa Clean Home is fully insured, and all our cleaners are covered for public liability and property damage.
We take safety seriously and treat your home with care and professionalism.
Which areas do you cover?
We primarily serve Sydney and Melbourne suburbs and looking to expand into other states as the year progressed. Please reach out to us directly to inquire whether we visit your specific suburb. Our team is committed to providing you with accurate and up-to-date information about our service coverage.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes, our prices are inclusive of GST.
How do I pay?
For carpet cleaning and window cleaning, an invoice will be issued on the day by Alfa Clean Home Head Office for payment same day via Bank Transfer or Credit Card. No cash payments will be accepted.
For End of Lease Cleaning & other Specialised Services: The full amount is required to secure the date and booking, and can be paid by bank transfer or credit card. A detailed invoice will be issued outling what was completed.
Do I need to be home for the clean?
Not necessarily. Many of our clients choose to leave us access instructions, or open up and leave.
For more complex or sensitive jobs like hoarding clean-ups, we may recommend a brief walk through first.
Can you remove rubbish or arrange a skip bin?
Yes, for larger jobs like hoarding clean-ups or decluttering, we can coordinate skip bin hire or arrange rubbish removal as part of the service.
This will be discussed during the quote.
What's included in an end of lease clean?
Our End of Lease service follows most real estate checklists and includes a deep cleaning of all surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen, ovens, inside cupboards, skirting boards and more. A 72 hour return guarantee is included.
Alfa Clean Home can also arrange key pick up and drop off to the Real Estate Agent.

Is your team trained to handle extreme cleaning or hoarding situations?
Yes. we specialise in non-judgemental, discreet cleaning and are experienced in working with overwhelmed spaces.
PPE and safety protocols are followed when needed.
Do you offer one-off cleaning or regular services?
Yes. We speciliase in one-off deep cleans, including end-of-lease, spring cleans and propert resets.
We no longer offer recurring/regular domestic cleaning.

For large or complex jobs, a site visit will be required.
