For standard services like end-of-lease or carpet cleaning, this may be done over the phone. For more complex or large-scale jobs, such as hoarding clean-ups or spring cleans – a site visit may be needed to properly assess the space.
If your service requires rubbish removal, bin hire, PPE or specialist cleaning methods, we’ll cover those details up front.

On the Cleaning Day
We will arrive with all the necessary equipment and a clear plan based on your service booking.
