NDIS House Cleaning
Alfa Clean home offer Weekly & Fortnightly cleaning options. Taking on self-managed clients. Starting from 2 hours per cleaning service for weekly cleaning and 3 hours for fortnightly. All cleaners are NDIS worker screen checked, fully vetted and insured.
Cleaners will bring all products including mop and vacuum. If you want a mop to be used only for your personal use, this can be arranged*. This service may include cleaning of Kitchen, Bathrooms, Dusting, Vacuum, Mopping & General Tidy.

End of Lease Cleaning
Also known as bond cleaning, our comprehensive cleaning service guarantees your bond back or we return to the job within 72 hours to fix it.
This deep cleaning process is crucial for ensuring that the property is returned to the original conditional, in accordance condition reports & REA checklists.
It is a tedious job and entrusting the end of lease cleaning to professional cleaners like Alfa Clean Home, it’s guaranteed to satisfy all lease requirements.
This service requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
Spring Cleaning/Deep Cleaning
If you are seeking a one-off service for specific areas of your home, then our spring cleaning service offers the ideal solution. With this service, we offer complete flexibility in the cleaning tasks performed with the 4 hour time frame. Need more time? No problems, hourly packages can be purchased.
This service is perfect for targeted one-off cleans, whether its specific areas like the kitchen, bathrooms or floors or for a quick touch up on select spaces.
We provide all necessary equipment and supplies, so all you need to do is schedule your appointment and leave the rest to us,
Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
Carpet & upholstery cleaning generally requires a professional to get the job done properly and safely. If you have unsightly stains or your carpet and/or upholstery, book our carpet and upholstery service and one of our fully trained and experienced carpet technicians will work to bring your carpets back to life.
Our carpet cleaning process generally includes: Inspection of the carpet, Pre-treatment, Vacuuming, Cleaning (Dry Cleaning or Extraction), Spot Treatment & depending on the carpet, Raking to restore the appearance and ensure the fibres are standing upright.

Our Cleaning Process
Engaging the services of a cleaning company for your house cleaning needs should be a hassle-free and straightforward journey, ensuring a seamless and carefree experience from start to finish. Our aim at Alfa Clean Home is to make the entire process easy, so you can sit back and relax while we take care of the house cleaning.

Pre-Cleaning Assessment
We start off with an initial consultation. We discuss how many hours a client would like, what their tasks priorities are, and then tailoring a customised cleaning plan.
We set realistic cleaning plans. We have been in this business a long time and understand what is takes and how long it takes to clean.
A transparent pricing structure is discussed, with flexibility to accommodate additional requests when they arise.
A suitable day and time will be allocated, and a cleaner will then be assigned to the client.

On the Cleaning Day
The cleaner will arrive in a Alfa Clean Home vest with ID card (outlining their worker screening number if working with NDIS customers). Cleaners will be briefed on what tasks need to be completed by cross checking with the tailored checklist.
The cleaner will adhere to safety and hygiene practices and be present for the entire allocated time.
If for some reason the cleaner finishes all tasks before the allocated time is up, they are instructed to find other tasks to complete.

Quality Assurance
To ensure our high standards of cleaning are continually met, we will organise random post-cleaning inspections.
By doing this, we can look at how the cleaner is performing ad to get client feedback.
If for some reason the client is unhappy with something, we have a responsive customer service for inquiries and concerns.
